The company was founded by Dr. Rong Qu at 2017, when he found out that American ginseng products helped him fully recovered from anxiety and chronic-fatigue caused by poor-quality-sleeps and provided him with the benefits of higher energy level, mentally calm, emotionally balance，strong immunity and overall general wellbeing. His mission becomes to bring those wonderful products, in which its benefits couldn’t be provided by modern western medicines, to help people who are in need.
As a western medicine trained doctor from a traditional Chinese medical family, Dr. Rong Qu believes in that the western medicine’s standards are the key for certain herb efficacy, those standards including: high concentration of medicinal ingredients, high absorption rate and optimized dosage. Using as are basic guideline, all G-pharma’s GinEx products are produced following those standards. In addition, GinEx products are all Health Canada licensed and produced by GMP-certified pharmaceutical company in Canada.

1. Only premium Ontario Ginseng Roots are used
We source our ginseng only from local farmers of Ontario Ginseng Growers Association in Ontario, Canada. Only 4-5 years premium ginseng roots are used to produce our ginseng concentrate.
The clean air, abundant water source, huge differences in temperature between winter and summer, and nutrients rich golden sandy soils in southwestern Ontario help to ensure the high quality of Ontario’s ginseng. Ontario-grown ginseng is considered by the ginseng industrials to be the most potent and powerful of all ginseng varieties, closely mimicking all the sought-after properties of wild-ginseng.
DDT free ginseng roots: We deal with land owner directly and choose only DDT free land for our ginseng roots to grow to ensure our American ginseng roots contains no DDT trace.
2. Our proprietary technology allows us to produce ginseng concentrate very rich in medicinal ingredients:
After pressure washing, cleaning and careful selections, healthy ginseng roots will go through a special procedure to produce red ginseng roots first. Based on a unique ratio of main roots and fiber roots, the mixed roots are pretreated then go through complicated water extraction and concentration process to produce the highly concentrated ginseng molasses at 67-69 brix.
3. Medicinal ingredients, ginsenosides and NAG polysaccharides profile analysis are performed to ensure high concentrations:
The Concentrated ginseng molasses in 67-69 brix contains no active water molecules and therefore there is no room for micro-organisms to grow. Just like pure maple syrup, there is no need to add any preservatives and these kinds of pure molasses can be kept for a very long term. On the other hand, every batch produced in our factory is tested for the ginsenosides and NAG polysaccharides by Health Canada certified third part laboratory.
In GMP certified pharmaceutical company facilities, the concentrated ginseng is filled and packaged in different size of bottles. All product batches are carefully labelled and dated. COA (Certification of Analysis) report is issued before final products are released to the market to ensure bacterial counts, heavy metals level, pesticides residues, chemical residues and other necessary information are all meet the Standards set by Health Canada and FDA.
