ORDERING PROCESS DESCRIPTION
Register as a member → log in as a member → select a product → add to the shopping cart → go to the checkout / fill in the recipient information → complete the purchase.
You can also complete your shopping without joining a membership, just select Guest checkout before checkout.
HOW TO INQUIRE ABOUT AN ORDER
Please log in as a member, go to My Account, and click Order Enquiry, you can see the details of the order content and processing progress.
HOW TO MODIFY AN ORDER
In order to avoid affecting the operation, the service of modifying the order cannot be provided at present.
- Free standard shipping for all orders at CAD $50 or more in the Canada!
- For order under CAD $50, a $10 flat fee will be charged.
- Each order shipping to United States will be charged a CAD $10 flat fee.
Orders are usually shipped via Canada Post, UPS, or FedEx. You should receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Generally, orders are delivered by ordinary parcels, and a signature is required.
[Canada] The order processing time is 2 to 3 working days; the delivery time depends on the region, generally 3 to 5 working days. (Special areas/territories, such as: Northwest NT, Yukon YT, Nunavut NU, depends on the flight of the logistics company, and the delivery time cannot be guaranteed)
[United States] The order processing time is 2 to 3 working days; Delivery time depends on the region, generally 5 to 7 working days. (Special areas/territories, such as Alaska and Hawaii, depend on the flight of the logistics company, and the delivery time cannot be guaranteed; in addition, the above delivery time does not include customs inspection time.)
Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm EST,
If the delivery address is incomplete or incorrect, and the logistics company cannot deliver the package, the logistics company will return the package to G-Pharma Canada. If the customer still wants this order, an additional shipping/handling fee of CAD10~CAD15 is required, which is depends on the delivery location. Refund and Exchange
- If you try G-Pharma Canada and you’re not satisfied for any reason, we will issue you a full refund, no questions asked. You don’t even need to return the bottle!
- You can request a refund by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “Refund Request” and letting us know why you were unsatisfied with G-pharma Canada. Refunds are limited to one purchase per customer.
- We take all the risk out of trying G-Pharma Canada by offering an unmatched 1-year satisfaction guarantee! Satisfied customers are the lifeblood of our business, so if you’re not satisfied for any reason, we’ll do our best to take care of you.
- Please allow up to 5 days for your credit card or bank to process the refund.
- If you haven’t received a refund after that time, please contact us at email@example.com.
If you received wrong item, damaged packaging during transportation. Please keep the receipt, take a photo of the product within 24 hours after receiving the product, and contact the customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange the follow-up return and exchange processing.

International shipping is currently available to any countries DHL Express International (USP international) can deliver to.

We currently do not ship to the following areas. We found that most of the orders sent there would never arrive at their destination and we had no control of actually getting the product to you.

We cannot suggest a delivery time as it varies on a country-by-country basis. Deliveries are typically made within 3-4 weeks.
International orders may be subject to duty and/or taxes levied by the importing country. By placing an order with G-Pharma, you acknowledge that you understand this and that you are responsible for any such charges. Please check the requirements in your country before placing an order.

We do not accept returns for any international orders.
Our one bottle per customer refund guarantee still applies, as per our refund policy. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will issue you a refund, no questions asked. We can only refund you for the full purchase price and not any customs, import, or shipping fees.
All transactions are made in Canadian Dollars. The exchange rate that is used when making a purchase is determined by your credit card provider at the time or purchase.
Refunds are processed in Canadian Dollars. Because exchange rates vary from day to day, refunds made to international customers may differ slightly from the purchase amount. Any such variances may also be due to fees charged by credit card issuers and payment institutions. These factors are outside our control and we cannot be held responsible for such variances.

G-Pharma Canada (Adaptogen Pharma Corporation) will not be responsible for the delay or failure of delivery of the order caused by the following circumstances. (1) If there are out-of-stock items in your order, it may delay the delivery of your order. (2) The recipient information provided by you is incorrect and the address is not detailed. (3) When the goods are delivered to your address, you cannot cooperate with the receipt, resulting in the related costs and results of repeated delivery. (4) In case of force majeure factors, such as: storm, heavy snow, etc., the delivery arrival time may be slightly delayed.
